A Prediction Game account is separate from any other account or membership system that may be available through the Website.
When creating or using an account, you are responsible for:

Keeping your login credentials confidential.
Taking reasonable steps to protect your account.
Not allowing unauthorised people to use your account.
Informing us if you believe your account has been compromised.
You must not create or use an account for fraudulent purposes, impersonate another person, manipulate the Prediction Game or rankings, or attempt to gain an unfair advantage over other users.
You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity occurred without your authorisation and through circumstances for which you are not responsible.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate an account where we reasonably believe that it has been used in violation of these Terms, to manipulate the Prediction Game, to interfere with other users or the Website, or in violation of applicable law.
10. Opinionista Prediction Game
The Website may provide a rugby prediction game known as the Opinionista Prediction Game ("Prediction Game").
The Prediction Game allows registered users to submit predictions relating to rugby matches, including predicted match scores and selected try scorers, and to earn points based on the accuracy of those predictions.
Participation in the Prediction Game is subject to these Terms and to any additional rules or instructions displayed on the Prediction Game or its How to Play page.
Predictions
Predictions must be submitted before the applicable prediction deadline.
Unless otherwise stated, predictions may be created or modified until the scheduled kick-off time of the relevant match. Once that deadline has passed, predictions are locked and cannot be submitted or modified.
Users are responsible for ensuring that their predictions have been successfully submitted before the deadline. We cannot guarantee that a prediction attempted after the deadline, or one that was not successfully recorded because of a user's device, internet connection or other circumstances outside our reasonable control, will be accepted.
Scoring
Points are awarded according to the scoring rules displayed on the Prediction Game and its How to Play page.
The current scoring system may award points for correctly predicting the match outcome, the exact score, both team scores within the specified margin, and the selected try scorer.
The exact-score bonus and the within-five-points bonus are alternative bonuses and are not awarded together for the same prediction.
Scores are calculated using the relevant match results and other information recorded by Opinionista di Rugby.
We may correct points, rankings or Prediction Game records where reasonably necessary to correct an error, reflect corrected match information or resolve a technical problem.
Match information and results
We make reasonable efforts to ensure that fixtures, kick-off times, player information and match results used by the Prediction Game are accurate.
However, rugby fixtures, kick-off times, team selections, player information and results may be changed, postponed, abandoned, corrected or otherwise updated by the relevant competition, club, governing body or other authoritative source.
Where reasonably necessary, we may update, correct, postpone, cancel or otherwise adjust a Prediction Game fixture or its associated scoring to reflect such circumstances.
Leaderboards and public profiles
The Prediction Game may display leaderboards, rankings and profile information relating to participating users.
Depending on the features available, this may include a user's username, display name, points, ranking, Prediction Game statistics and Blue Tick status.
Users should choose usernames and display names that they are comfortable displaying publicly.
Email addresses and login credentials are not intended to be displayed publicly as part of the Prediction Game.
A Blue Tick or other profile indicator may be assigned by Opinionista di Rugby at its discretion. Unless expressly stated otherwise, such an indicator does not constitute an endorsement, guarantee of identity, professional accreditation or affiliation with any rugby organisation.
Fair play
You must not attempt to manipulate the Prediction Game, its scoring system, rankings, accounts, deadlines or technical operation.
This includes using multiple accounts to obtain an unfair advantage, interfering with another user's account, exploiting technical vulnerabilities, submitting fraudulent information, attempting to bypass prediction deadlines or deliberately interfering with the operation of the Prediction Game.
Where we reasonably believe that manipulation, abuse or a breach of these Terms has occurred, we may take appropriate action, including correcting or removing predictions or points, adjusting rankings, restricting participation, or suspending or terminating an account.
Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend, restrict or discontinue the Prediction Game or any of its features where reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, technical, operational or legal reasons.
We may also update the Prediction Game rules or scoring system. Where a material change affects how users participate or how points are awarded, we will make the updated rules available through the Website.
The Prediction Game is provided for entertainment and community participation. Unless expressly stated otherwise, participation does not require payment and points, rankings or other achievements in the Prediction Game have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
11. Public Comments
Opinionista di Rugby may allow users to post comments on articles or other public areas of the Website.
By submitting a comment, you agree that your contribution must:
